RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal, which means deciding to return the item to the seller without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from delivery (or from the delivery of the last item, in case of separate deliveries).
The Seller is not obliged to reimburse additional costs, if the consumer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by the Seller.
In the case of withdrawal made by Courier, the Seller may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods or until the Customer has demonstrated that it has returned the goods, whichever situation occurs first.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may send an explicit statement via the email address info@palazzodelcorallo.it, of his/her decision to withdraw.
Following the provisions of the preceding point, the customer will receive an email confirming the exercise of the right, containing instructions for the return of any received, to be sent no later than the next 14 days to:

In case of withdrawal, the consumer may be reimbursed with an “exchange gift voucher” for the same amount as the order placed. This voucher has no expiration date and can be used to purchase other products on the website or in the physical store. In any case, it must be requested before and no later thanno later than 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods. The voucher can be used once the seller has received the returned products and verified their integrity. In the event of defects or damaged products, the seller may decide not to honor the voucher.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for all categories of goods included in art. 59 of the Consumer Code and, specifically, for the following goods
– goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
